Disappointed and insulted by my experience with Rock River Realty. One of their listing agents offered Primary back-up offer on a listing. We signed the required paperwork and even a new offer reflecting the escalation clause. 24 hours later the agent reneges on the primary backup offer then has the gall to ask if we want to be secondary backup offer. The team at Rock River Realty are communicable, friendly and understad the modern real estate market. They do a great job of helping their clients understand the buying and selling process making the transaction a fun experience! Justin was knowledgeable and so easy to work with!
