Fritz is a good man and knows a lot. If i had a project he would be my first choice.
Dealt with a gentleman by the name of Fritz- difficult to work with at first but once we got the ball rolling things smoothed out. Tip: Make sure you're solid on what they're charging you before they show up to work.
Beware -- Co Owner Jenny is AWFUL! I have dealt with Rock Ridge on two occasions, both times for snow-plowing services. The work itself was mediocre... they scraped up a LOT of my driveway gravel when moving snow. However, the real issue was Jenny's customer service when I called to clarify my invoice. During my first call, she seemed irritable and a bit rude, but I thought maybe she was having a rough day and let it go. When we called they came out with a ton of information on our land that was nice to know. We had a retaining wall put up then lawn put in. The price was AWESOME, but be prepared to wait since he has many things going. The work is done and he came back and fixed the holes in the lawn. All n all I am happy with the turn out. It still needs work since we have a ton of weeds but it's all fixable.
