Jay was friendly, upfront and honest! Not your normal pushy, overbearing car salesman. Tossed me the keys and said take it down the road and see if you like it. I did and bought it! Easy, fast purchase. No frills. I will be back.

Up until the day the bank was going to send Rock Point $9700 plus dollars the whole time was great, They were helpful and considerate. When I wanted to see the receipt of the expensive repair they said they did to the 2009 Cadillac CTS along with wanting warranty on the work or parts that usually comes with repair receipt they dropped the ball. Jay was great, very fair and honest. He was very friendly and helpful, and I was immediately set at ease when I asked about taking the used vehicle to have a mechanic check it out and he encouraged me to do so and said I could take it to whatever mechanic I wanted. I had a great experience buying a vehicle from him and would go there again. We had one small issue with the vehicle after purchasing it and he was very responsive in making sure that we were still happy about our purchase.
Excellent experience, they were honest and straight up with me. Anything I could of asked for in a used car dealer.
