Edited to add: I finally got a call back from the office the day after I posted my review to tell us that they’ve taken some money off the original bill but we are still need to pay or will be sent to Collections. Turns out they were out of network for our insurance but failed to tell us before pressuring us to do the cavity procedures on the spot. So frustrating to see these positive reviews (likely solicited) to drown out legitimate concerns with their unethical over-diagnosing and over-billing practices. I ended up search... read more
