My friend and I scheduled balayage, with haircuts and shampoos. We made the appointment a week in advance. My friend is a nurse and I'm a pharmacy tech and we both work a lot. It took a lot of planning on our side to have the same day off to get our hairs done together. We were the first appointments of the day, super happy and excited when we walked in. Punctuality and unprofessional
I came in very nervous as my previous cut (elsewhere) did not go as I would’ve liked. Sara put me at ease with the consultation and did such a wonderful job with both the color and cut. I left the salon feeling beautiful. Thank you Sara 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

BARBIE IS GONE!! I started coming to the salon about a year ago. I loved Barbie and brought both my girls. I came back and had Brie. At first I loved my cut but once the style washed out and after my first wash I saw that the cut n color was nothing like what I described. Prior to this awakening I brought my daughter back and the hair we have lovingly grown for 6 years was chopped off by 6in or more. Not only that but it's uneven and crooked. Traveled from eustis with an appointment for my two daughters. 6:00pm we were doing partial highlights and a trim on one and just a trim in the other. Well I understand that there are times when time can run over, however we went in and not only was the guy and the receiption desk extremely rude and unwelcoming (and that is being generous) he told us to wait in our car and they would get us. BEWARE OF THIS SALON!!! They DO NOT STAND BY THIER WORK OR THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! I recently had a second Brazilian Blowout done. The first one was great. So great in fact that I bought extra product from them in anticipation of having the second one. During the second treatment, the power on the straightening iron went out twice and, as a result cooled off and the stylist didn’t wait for it to heat back up. I Had a balayage done yesterday and I do NOT believe my hair looks even close to what a balayage even is... down below is a picture of what I wanted and what I got... I sent a email to the store hoping they take care of this because I’m not happy with the out come because this is patchy this isn’t a balayage.
