Megan is the best. I haven't had my hair done in a while. Had roots galore and a icky red color and formed. Megan got me to a beautiful chestnut color with some highlights. I love it.
I love RPS!!! I've been to several places in the area and no where beats Rock Paper Scissors!!! The staff is friendly, happy and fantastic at cutting hair!!!! Won't go anywhere else!!!
