I brought my daughters car up here to have it detailed and the service was “Hall of Fame” worthy, so I returned with my car, I highly recommend Rock n’ Wash!! The staff is incredible and their attention to detail has my business.
I paid for the $35 Rock and Wash package. Well its not what you would expect. Tire wells are still dirty. Black trim has water cleaner overspray. Was told can't get it off to make it shine. I'm not a happy camper!!!
Really LONG wait to have full service cleaning. It seems they have very few employees to get the job done quickly. Usually the quality is good but they need to speed it up.
Horrible experience paid for the rock star service. My car was finished in 20 minutes the guy never put any wax on. I sat outside and watched the whole time.I asked him about the wax. He said they did it they just work fast. My windows were still dirty and streaked. Car was not vacuumed good. Took pictures thought about going back to complain, but can't trust someone that will look in your face and lie. Will never use them again.
Excellent service! When I pulled in, I told the young man that walked over to help me decide on which plan to choose, that I needed the inside of the car vaccumed and wiped well. He assured me it would. When I came out of the wash and parked under the canopy, I said the same things to the gentleman who met me. He said, "I'll take care of you." and he did. He answered my questions and was very friendly. I highly recommend this car wash.
People and staff were great. Outside of truck looked great. Inside was another story. I paid for the best service, Rock Star I believe, and didn't get it. The inside still had stuff between seats and in cracks. I don't think any protective product was put on dash or doors. Had to finish the truck at home.
My dad does great work at the car wash they all do if u need your car nice and cleaned go see them their the only full serve in augusta
