I have never asked to speak with a manger anywhere, until my experience here. My disappointment continued when speaking with the manager. He was unapologetic and came back 10 minutes later saying he would take 15% off of our tickets. We waited for an hour and half for our food & some of the people in our party did not receive their food until close to the time we were given our checks.
Everything was ABSOLUTELY delicious! Pleasantly pleased!
