Absolutely awful! Wednesday-January 13, 2021. I tried to place a to go order at 8:40pm and I was refused service. This location has no customer service skills at all and this is ridiculous! It's quite Astonishing that the employees are willing to refuse service to customers. I called them and they refused to take my order for one roll; however, I drove there and they were sitting down eating sushi. This is a dang shame. I come here several times a week, and I have never experienced this from this location.
RecommendedIt would be great to go into Rock N Roll sushi and hear rock music played. It should be called hip hop sushi.

It’s a dirty place. The hired help is unprofessional. There are much better sushi places in Mobile

Shannon, we understand that you and your friend are upset about one of our staff not wearing her mask correctly, but there’s no need to call us a dirty place when we take pride in our clean restaurants. You guys have been regulars for quite some time if I’m not mistaken. This global pandemic has everyone on edge. Come get a gift card on us if this situation has you that upset. No need for name calling. Thank you.
Just left without eating there. Waitress refused to wear a mask, and was talking over our food as she handed it to us. We requested another bowl of soup, while wearing a mask. She refused to put a mask on. We left and will never visit them again.

This was my 1st time trying and Omg the food was so good ❤️
Worst service. The staff was very rude, even though we called ahead and asked if they could accommodate our group, as soon as we walked in they made faces even though it was 2 hours before close.
