About this business
The diner first open its doors with a very simple menu of mainly burgers and BBQ entrees but soon people found out of my Greek heritage and kept asking for more and more Greek food. Most of the Greek recipes came out of my Mama Vera's kitchen but the rest are recipes from my UNLV Hotel Management/culinary school studies, some from research and some of them are creations of my great kitchen staff that have been working with me from almost the beginning. I have eaten here many times. Today I was here with my son and Grandaughter. My son and I both ordered the prime rib medium and both were well done. My son was very hungry and just put up with it but I could barely eat half of mine. They were both very tough and rather tasteless not seasoned very well. We had the same meal here in April and gave a great review as the meal was very good. We eat at Rock and Roll Diner every Tim eewww we come to the coast. The food is exceptional from traditional breakfast to the Greek specialities. Great service and great food!
