RecommendedI had my Rough Country 5” lift installed here . I am completely satisfied and happy with it. Bill and Nancy were great to work with. My truck looks and drives like it was meant to!
So disappointed. They quoted $285 and charged $570. Took two days longer than they said it would and then the older gentlemen was rude when he was called out about the price. Stand behind what you say. If you quote $285 due to the inexperience of the mechanic - then have the decency to stand behind it. And correct me if I’m wrong but being rude to customers is never good business practice. Won’t go there again and will steer other Jeep enthusiasts elsewhere.

We're sorry the customer feels like they had a bad experience. Unfortunately, the gentleman who picked up the Jeep was unwilling to listen when I attempted to explain the reason the estimate was lower than the final price. Additionally, estimates are estimates; they are not fixed-price promises and our invoice clearly states that. After the estimate of $300.00 was given, the customer also added to the scope of work, asking us to install new lower control arm bushings that he supplied.
