One of our trucks had a major breakdown deep into texas and they offered basically nothing - as a carrier i would never do business this way and for those looking to move cargo just think for a second….if they’re will to treat their partners or employees this way, how will they treat your cargo And your pocket? Remember, an indication of how management treats its partners and employees is a huge indication of the culture within a company.
