By far the most professional Dr in the Quad cities. She cares. And that is hard to find these days. Thank you for all you do for our little Phoebe Lou to make sure she gets on the road to recovery! Tip number one- NEVER leave ibuprofen on counter where a little kitty can get it!

I have taken all my pets to Dr. Joe Seng in Davenport for 25+ years. Since he is no longer able to practice because of illness, I took my Boston Terrier, Georgia, here because it was close to where I live. I found Dr. Jill Rigg to be very caring and concerned about her. She needed a nail trim and the assistants she has were very careful with Georgia and did not cut too short so that she bled. I am very pleased with all 3 visits I have had there, even though it wasn't such good news for my Georgia. Will continue going there b... read more
