The staff here is just phenomenal! We have 2 Boston Terriers. They just had a litter of pups. The vet takes her time, answers all of my questions. The staff has been great, from when I called on the phone during the delivery asking questions, to extra care needed for the smallest of the litter a week after delivery. Then our office visit today with mom, dad and pups, they all have been awesome! August 31 I barged into rock island animal hospital in a panic. My sweet Baby was having seizures and was unable to breathe. All the staff and the vet were the most helpful and the most caring people I have ever met. They were very compassionate during Baby's passing. Thank you for being there for us.

I had to take my dog in due to heavy panting and just wasn't acting right. When I got there the waiting room was full and there were a few people ahead of me. To my surprise a tech came out and gave him a quick check till the veterinarian could see him. This is a great place with wonderful caring people working there.
Had our Shih-Tzu Frank's teeth cleaned in April. Had been putting if off for a couple of years because of the expense until his breath got so bad we knew something was wrong. Thought we could give him chews that clean the teeth and that would take care of it.Wrong! He has the best breath now after cleaning and getting six teeth pulled. He had pockets in his gums and they were receded. It was expensive but well worth the money.We can get kisses from him now without bad breath. Thank you R.I.Animal Hospital!
