We were in Guntersville on Saturday afternoon, so we decided to give this place a try. We had heard many GREAT reviews of it. Our experience was at best FAIR. We arrived just after 5pm opening and was given the last walk in table. The table had a nice view looking out at the outside seating area. We were right across from the ordering / pay out station - so it was always congested with servers and their chatter. We both had chicken dishes - pecan / panko crusted and terriyaki chicken. Our waitress had no personality. My husband and I ate lunch there and the broccoli cheese soup was very good. I was not happy with the chicken salad sandwich. It was very bland. My husband said his mushroom swiss burger was more like a Burger King quality. His fries were ok. We were not impressed. Also, we sat where the floor would bounce when people walked by. It was like you were on a trampoline. And it was loud too when people walked by.
My friend, Jean, and I eat here often and always have great food and service.
First time here! First impressions are everything and this restaurant nailed it! From the moment we approached the door and it was opened for us and we were greeted with a smile and a friendly hello, to the quick seating, fast, friendly table service and then not to even mention the food, which was amazing. I will definitely be returning and bringing friends! Highly recommend this restaurant!!!!!! 5 stars all around!
