I went in today to view a property ! Office smell like mold and mildew~ been sick since leaving 🤦🏾♀️! But this man go and look up stuff from 2003 to deny you from looking at a place. Hell I was looking at it for someone else anyways🤷🏽♀️! Talking about he use a 3rd party company ; not at all he use York County Public Index but I’m Good bc if your office smell like mold and mildew , I can imagine the properties 🤷🏽♀️

Awesome land lord I rented a house from him in 2015 me and my ex ,it was on Carolina Ave ,not the best neighborhood for white people lol but no one never missed with me ,I kind of missed the little house I ranted 1006 carolina Ave had fun and awesome memories in that house
