Was referred to this office by my eye doctor as this place is supposed to be an expert with laser procedures. This was 1 of 2 options… I chose poorly. I did my part, filled in online forms, showed up 20 minutes early as requested. Paid the specialist fee at the front desk. And I was literally the only patient in the office at the time because the one before me needed to leave as it was not made clear to them how long their appointment might last. Ok. Only suggestion would be, that if you're planning on talking about someone, maybe make sure they can't hear you..the office is super quiet. You have patients all around and then to speak so loudly came off very unprofessional. I did ask the doctor to recheck my right eye. I was polite to all the staff. The first girl that checked my vision was nice, maybe new, had to have someone check her work. No issues. The second lady that came in to check the work wasnt getting it or something..said that I kept picking numbers that made... read more
There are no complaints about the doctor. But the front desk...they job is terrible🤨. I tried to make the appointment by online through website (got the confirmation we will contact you in 12-24 hours), left a voice message, did not receive any answer even after a week of waiting in all ways. The waiting time for an appointment with a doctor, considering that there was an appointment and you came on time... more than an hour at the reception... there is no desire to return to this clinic.
Poor character of people in this office. They care about taking your money, not taking care of you. Stay away.
