Staff are rude and unprofessional!
This place is AWFUL!!! First my sons doctor sent a referral and even talked to them on the phone about the referral. I waited a month to hear from them. I never heard anything. When I called. They said they never got the referral but they would go ahead and make him an appt. which is fine. I understand paper work can get lost. We made the appt for a month later cause it’s the soonest they had. I drive all the way up there and they said they don’t have an appointment for him and don’t even have anything in the system for him.... read more
