Johnathan was absolutely amazing. When I arrived he was on point with receiving me, making sure I knew all the services and process. Since I was going to wait he made me comfortable and kept me up on the progress. This was the best services experience I ever had.
I had a turbo replaced here; Matt took my call and was thorough, explaing the process and estimated timeline. After a multi-point inspection of my car, Matt suggested that I have my transmission serviced, but wasn't trying to push me to have it done. Everyone that I encountered was very nice, respectful and pleasant. My person outlined and explained everything very well. He didn’t try to force additional work on me, he listened and understood my situation. There were no hidden costs. I was very grateful for the kindness and respect that I was given.
