My doctor called in 2 prescriptions on Monday. I called Rock Health on Tuesday to see if they've received the prescriptions. I was told that they were ready for pickup on Monday, which I never get calls or texts about, despite giving these people my phone number years ago and asking them to call me when my prescriptions are ready. I've never picked up my prescriptions in person anyway, but can I have an auto ship option? No!! It would be nice to know when my prescriptions are ready, though! Its such a wonderful experience to have a healthcare center onsite. It makes it a lot easier to be able to see a doctor and have a pharmacy to get your scripts filled at a fraction of the cost of going to CVS or Walgreens.
I had my second appt here and its ok for the most basic of basic needs, like an annual exam for example. There seems to be very limited knowledge on anything that goes beyond those parameters.
