The owner of this spa is in dire need of customer service training. The owner is completely irrational and unstable!! Staff at Rock Haven made a scheduling error and when I called to determine the protocol or typical procedures for handling schedule changes the owner proceeded to yell at me and make herself the victim in the situation. Her complete disregard of feelings and respect towards the individuals who have had an appointment scheduled for over 6 months should encourage everyone to be wary of this establishment. My husband and I just started off our 1st anniversary celebration with our first time at Rock Haven. It was also my first spa experience and I couldn’t of had a better one. All of the staff was cheery and welcoming and we felt pampered to say the least. Thank you Rock Haven Spa! We will definitely be back!
