This is my 3rd time at Rock Haven!!! Loved it all 3 times until we got charged a 20% gratuity EACH for a party of 4!! Never before have we paid this and was a BIG Surprise when we checked out!! Very disappointing! Gratuity should be left up to the individual on services performed or communicated beforehand!!!
For 4 of us the gratuity was $124 due to “group size”. This was not told to us up front. I have a hard time believing four people is a large group especially since they were under staffed for our pedicures and one of us had to wait to get polish because there were not enough cosmetologists.
Always an amazing experience. Definitely a great girls day!

Although it was a few years ago since I went, it was a great day as I was with my mom. We had a great day. I treasure it as my mom has passed & the memories of that day are treasured.
I was advised that Rock Haven only offers services to men if they are purchasing a “couples package”. Individual packages can only be purchased by women, not by men. That is a blatant display of sexist discrimination. I couldn’t be more appalled.
Went for a couples spa today. It was an amazing time! Everybody is so friendly and courteous! Will definitely go again and recommend it highly!
