It's the best gym for me..everyone is really friendly ..good owner and good trainers..I love my gym
Love this gym! It has everything I need from free weights to more specific machines. Rock Fitness is clean and well maintained, and I never have any trouble getting in a good workout. The staff is friendly and knowledgable, and the experience of their personal trainers really shows!This place is top notch, A++ ! I live 30 minutes away , and don't mind the commute - this place is worth it !

The place is just the most pleasant experience....Quiet, you can do things at your own speed no one is looking at what you are wearing...It is clean....If you need help there is someone to assist you...Come and try it I am sure you will see the difference...and enjoy the experience...
I recently switched to this gym and love it. I can go in and do my workout without being bothered to get a trainer like in other gyms. It's very clean and a family friendly atmosphere! I highly recommend this gym!
