Rock Fitness West Palm Beach is one of the best gyms I've trained at in South Florida. Tons of dumbells and free weights along with a vast assortment of machines. They have all the treadmills and stairclimbers your legs can handle. Plenty of classes to attend although I have not yet tried them. Place is very clean and always organised. No weight plates or dumbbells lying around. Its not too crowded so I always get a great workout. They are always open on holidays.

This has been my gym for the last year and it couldn’t be better; from the uber friendly staff to the great equipment. I have had personal training sessions with Anna and she personalized 5 sessions just for what I like and what was best for my level of fitness. Dave is also a great trainer to ask throughout your session for tips and advice. Jason has been great with the new gym setup and the new growing staff seems very wonderful.
