The customer service here has been phenomenal! You get treated like family! I was here for about a month for a conference and needed a place to train for a powerlifting comp! They had pretty much all the equipment I needed and I was always able to find someone to spot for me when I benched! Great location too and affordable! Thank you!!

I visit the place yesterday for a free Zumba class it is awesome it will help me to motivate myself and do more cardio I recommend it! And love it!
This is a nice treasure in this neighborhood. Plenty of equipment and everything is clean. I give kudos to the cleaning lady when I see her in the ladies' locker room. They have a good selection of classes, although going by the schedule I would say most are for retirees or stay at homers. There seems to be a wide range of age and fitness groups here as well.
