Kentrell is the best always helpful and has great customers service, polite, respectful and gets the job done.
WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!!!! My vehicle is registered to the lease and they still tow my car!!!
I absolutely love living in Rock Creek anytime I call maintenance they are right on time and the office staff is amazing especially Kentrell and Dara!
Some of the office personnel - rude and do not follow up on complaints or issues in apartment. Need owners to step in and maybe change some things in the office policies and employee training. "If you don't want to work and deal with people (it is your job...customer service) stay home or find a job in a box by yourself."
When a little sarcastic man called to return my call he was very unprofessional. Acted as if he knew the state of Texas law concerning handicap persons. He tried to down play my handicap and would not make any adjustments to any apartment for my handicap. Going to turn this company into the Attorney Generals Office. I have the conversation on tape. You need new staff.
