The office staff here is absolutely amazing! Mr. Juan and Ms. Stephania from the very first day, they’ve been welcoming, professional, and quick to help with anything I’ve needed. Every time I stop by or call, they’re friendly and genuinely care about the residents. They go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, and you can tell they take pride in creating a great community. Easily one of the best leasing offices I’ve dealt with—highly recommend!
If i could give negative stars i would. This place and these people are running an absolute mess and scam. They tow cars for no reason, once you actually register a guest permit thats when they start towing. They dont tow the absolute wrecked eyesores sitting in there apartment complex just the nice cars. They have the gates open all day and night so just anyone can come in there but they want to tow actual guests. the first photo was taken at 2:46 pm on friday august 15th. this is the 8TH!!! time i have come up to the office since starting my residency here in november 2024 after their break hour to handle business before i have to be at work at 3pm only to be met with frustration and disappointment that they have no returned from their break which is 12-1pm. they are closed on the weekends which means i have to wait until monday morning to get anything done. if they don’t want to return to work then they should simply quit and stop w... read more
