Good afternoon, I was at this property for almost 3yrs. Gotta say when I first moved in was very problematic in the complex not with me but other things. New management took over and cleaned it up a lot. My apartment was good for the most part. Loved it came with washer and dryer. It is a good complex to move into. Thanks again for everything rock creek.
Edit for a response to the complex: I had to beg for a window unit despite knowing for MONTHS that the temperature was high in the apartment. It definitely was 72 degrees when the manager came by, I had my mothers portable ac blasting at 60 with a fan blowing the cool air out…the only means of cooling we had after you all took away the window unit that we didn’t even have for a full 2 days and when I asked for it back, the maintenance tech who came out 3 hours later said they are all being used. The plumbing repair and dry wall repair staff have been great. The plumbers found a difficult leak and Salour made the wall look good as new
I had a wonderful experience touring this apartment community with Brittany! She was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The community was clean, well-maintained, and had great amenities.
