I’ve lived here for 4 years, and it’s been great! The office staff has always been polite and quick to help with whatever I needed. The maintenance crew have always been quick to fix issues and fun to joke around with. Great location and Chalco Hills right across the street! It has definitely felt like home!
I've lived here going on 4 years now and have never had a problem. Maintenance is always on top of everything, usually fixing requests the day of. We did have some dirty across the hall neighbors we complained about and the property took care of them right away. We have had no problems since then. My only complaint is that they are not dog friendly, but half the property has "service" dogs. They have plenty of green space that they could allow everyone the option to own one. I only have an issue with the people who live above us. They are extremely loud at all hours of the night. Other than that I love these apartments. Our office people are very understanding and down to earth. Maintenance are very quick and nice. My husband and I feel at home here.
Grounds and apartments are well maintained. Office staff is not always available or helpful, had a few issues when first moved in. Neighbors were great for the most part. Very nice community overall. Great location.
