The management staff here is constantly losing paperwork and non responsive. They have lost my insurance verification and then charged me for insurance AND late fees. The workout equipment has been out of order for over a year. The on site laundry can only be paid for with a prepaid card that is recharged by a machine in the workout room, which is closed after 10pm, and sometimes it's broken entirely.
