If it were possible to provide less than 1 star I would. Took my car to Rock after a small accident. Car came back in worse shape than before I took it to the shop. Every body panel was damaged and a fire had been set in the back seat, likely from someone smoking in the car. Items were missing including my entire rear bumper cover, one of my original tires/rims, my garage remote. Car had 5000 more miles on it than when I dropped it off. DO NOT take your car here. Very nice staff. Got my car in and out during a busy week with no appointment. I was back on the road in less than 48 hours even after them having to order a part from out of state. Thank you so much for your hard work, I will definitely be back.
