I had been satisfied with this storage place until recently. I understand that there was a security breach but it’s insane to be able to get in the gate but not be able to have access to the building/ my unit. I was told over a week ago that they would give customers access cards for the doors. They are aware that we don’t have access unless the office is open and that’s not what I signed up for, 24/7 access was the terms. I mean at least have someone there during the day to let us into our paid for units or get the darn car... read more
Miss Ebony is THE BEST ! She was cordial, professional and very helpful and made my rental easy. Updating my review to include Miss Shawn who is also cordial, professional and very helpful as well. The staff here are always very welcoming and are always on top of things to ensure the safety and protection of our items in our units.
It was the BEST experience ever…Shawn was absolutely AMAZING and her trainee was exceptional as well. I’m soooo glad I found them. Truly the best birthday gift ever 💜
Great storage facility with friendly staff and secure units. Always clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend!
