Lindsey T I moved in on the first of march and stacey is doing a great job keeping everyone up to date on all our new features. She also makes move ins easier and is keeping the property up to date. Making our community looking good and a nice friendly quiet place to live at. This is the perfect place to be!!! Everyone is nice and management is wonderful. Resident I’ve lived here at Camden Oaks for almost 2 years now & love the large floor plan of the apartment especially for the price. Recently we received new owners that really care about the community & are doing many new renovations & the maintenance personal are awesome. Cedric Finally! A company that really does what is says it will do and are actually getting the job done! I know you all the nice renovations on the outside but just wait until you see the remodel on the inside as well this place is turning into some pretty nice apartments and now with all the extra added amentities as well like security,a brand new business center and weight room which they are currently working on now and other future upgrades to the playground area and property as whole as well.. Nice quiet place to live at an affordable price I have lived here for five months and in the past few months the new management team has been a HUGE improvement over the previous management that was here when I moved in. The new management team has been doing a complete makeover of the buildings and grounds and the work really shows! I have had a few maintenance issues and they have been quick to get it fixed. Looking forward to seeing what other positive changes they have in store!
