Genuinely the worst experience we've ever had with a wedding vendor. Forced us to scramble after months of no communication where we would be calling daily on both main and personal lines after we put in a giant deposit. Horrible experience, the best thing i can say is that we got our refund and that only took two weeks of us chasing them for it I would leave 0 stars if I could. And if you ever decided to give your hard earned money to them, good luck
Genuinely would give 0 stars if I could. This was the absolute worst experience we had with any wedding vendor and I wouldn't be doing the right thing if I didn't warn people with our experience. Our wedding is August 30, and we started really early with an initial consult mid April. We dropped off our deposit May 30 (a huge 70% deposit) so 3 months prior which we were told was more than enough time for the ring and we'd have it by end of July latest.
