Working with Rock Candy was the best decision my fiancé and I made ! They were able to update my existing engagement ring and made both of our wedding bands. Communication was honest and seamless. Bad experience. Went in for a consultation with Baru at the end of May for wedding bands which initially went well. Following the consultation, sent 2 ring designs for a quote and was told he’ll get back to us. But never got a reply. So then messaged again and still no reply. So then ended up calling, and was told again will get back to us. But again, still did not get back to us. And then all our calls were just ignored after that.
