We are at Rock Bottom before a play, Mamma Mia at the Orpheum Theatre. Food was great as usual. My friend had a chicken avocado sandwich and I had an Italian pizza which was very good. We eat here a lot when we are seeing plays. We can get in and out with no hassle, no matter what the weather and the theatre is right across the street.

Our first visit to Gordon Biersch in Bolingbrook and we were impressed! Excellent customer service, food was fabulous and the samples (whether it was soup or beer) make decisions so much easier. My teenage son said it was the "best cheeseburger I ever had." Garlic fries were good as were my Gorgonzola Ribeye Steak & sides (spatzel w/ mushrooms & seasonal veggies). Great atmosphere &food. Very poor service by our waiter. Practically ignored for the duration of our meal and we would have had dessert if he would have cared to ask, rather than run by with zero eye contact after 20 min of avoiding the table and quite literally dropping the check off before he ran away w/o a word, again... I went there with two friends on 1/27. We all got violently ill with food poisoning. We'd all had different dishes. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy.
Great food, great staff, great experience!! Would definitely recommend it.
