Amazed. After going to all the new car stores and being made to fill like a p.o.s., due to my credit, I stopped by Rock Bottom. The entire staff was helpful and never made me feel like a bum. After picking out a car I CHOSE, the got me approved and I didnt need \$2500 down or payments of \$350 like everyone else told me. Everyone from my salesperson, the finance guy and the owner/manager was great and helpful.Would recommend to friends and family. 100% satisfied.

Our salesmen Pavel was very helpful and showed us all our options The owner Mario even helped us when we were not sure if it would tow our boat. He took the time to explain everything in detail. Never would I ever reccomend rock bottom to even my worst enemy. I got nothing but lies. The first day we had my vehicle from there I found out there was a major oil leak they had put stop leak in the car to cover it up. When I confronted them they told me there was no such thing. The AC stopped working 2 days after buying it. They tried to tell me they just replaced the compressor but it still has the factory compressor. I just got a car there on Saturday. I love it. Todd and everyone were very friendly and honest about the bottom line. For people with complaints remember you are buying a vehicle AS IS. So always make sure you check everything before you drive it off the lot.

Have gotten nothing but promises and a runaround. Never did get a vehicle, always an excuse.........IF they even call you back, which is usually not the case
