My wife and I had a very positive experience when buying a car at Rock Bottom. We were interested in a Jeep , but received an attention as if we were buying a Lamborgini! They offer different options, on car models as well as financing. We recommend this company to whomever wants a car.
DO NOT GO THERE!!!! THEY ARE LIAR'S AND CHEATS!!! Worked with them on buying a vehicle for 3 weeks - they can't be bothered to return phone calls. After going thru all the BS and finally getting a Owner calling me, I agree to go there when I get off work with my deposit and they sell it to someone else who was sitting there when I arrived. AND the person who bought it didn't even have the deposit the manager was working a deal and giving her till next month to come up with the balance of the deposit! Go somewhere else.....DO NOT GO HERE. They had our vechicle taken form us over missing one payment, they actually came to my husbands job and towed it away. OVER ONE PAYMENT!!! When we called to figure something out, we were told we would have to pay the balance. After just giving them 2600.00, now I dont know about you, but money is hard to come by these days and so is having good credit. Amazed. After going to all the new car stores and being made to fill like a p.o.s., due to my credit, I stopped by Rock Bottom. The entire staff was helpful and never made me feel like a bum. After picking out a car I CHOSE, the got me approved and I didnt need \$2500 down or payments of \$350 like everyone else told me. Everyone from my salesperson, the finance guy and the owner/manager was great and helpful.Would recommend to friends and family. 100% satisfied.
VERY PLEASED!!Me and my fiancee recently purchased a Dodge Durango from Rock Bottom Auto Sales and are very happy. Our salesmen Pavel was very helpful and showed us all our options The owner Mario even helped us when we were not sure if it would tow our boat. He took the time to explain everything in detail. DONT BUYN FROM HERE – Never would I ever reccomend rock bottom to even my worst enemy. I got nothing but lies. The first day we had my vehicle from there I found out there was a major oil leak they had put stop leak in the car to cover it up. When I confronted them they told me there was no such thing. The AC stopped working 2 days after buying it. They tried to tell me they just replaced the compressor but it still has the factory compressor. I just got a car there on Saturday. I love it. Todd and everyone were very friendly and honest about the bottom line. For people with complaints remember you are buying a vehicle AS IS. So always make sure you check everything before you drive it off the lot.
