The service was great! Kept us going with drinks, and was extremely friendly. The food was delicious and came in large portions. Would recommend this to any family looking for a nice outing.
Took 12 minutes to see our waitress. We ordered a beer sampler, a kid's meal and some other food. She brought us the beer sampler and we did not see her again until she took our check. She did not ask us if we wanted a kid's drink (which came with the kid's meal), nor did we ever get it. No one came to refill our drinks. The food came out by kitchen staff, we assume. My wife and I love Rock Bottom, but we usually go to the Westminster location. We came to this one to meet with friends late one night and the only seating they had available was in a back room. Neither one of us were going to drink so my wife didn't bring her ID as she was not driving either. The only section they allow us to sit in, we were seated. The waitress then asks us for our ID's. Frattastic. Terrible. Rude bartenders. Sub par food.
Worst experience of my life!!!! I ate there on 5/17/11 and they over charged my credit card (no big deal, just fix it.) and instead of handleing the problem the manager talked down to me in front of EVERYONE on the patio causing a huge scene. I was appalled. He was so unprofessional. I will never recomend this place to anyone. I'm glad everyone on the patio saw the way he acted... they were all in shock! I just cried and left. HORRIBLE experience.
Simply a very very comfortable experience and the bartender Ryan really knows his s&&t!! Wow!! Very impressed with this place and will continue to be a regular here... Thanks Rock Bottom Arrowhead!!!
I always have a good experience when I visit Rock Bottom. The food is always wonderful and the staff our very nice.
