Alan Ke Did a great job telling me what I needed to know timely. Was a big help and I felt he was here to help me rather than the needs of the dealership. In fact, I look back to see they are Toyota dealership which shocked me. Price was right, deal was right, salesguy was right. Unfortunately, we don't have that in Des Moines. Contacted about a car they had for sale. Asked if they could send follow-up pictures as I live out of state. Was then told "This car isn't for you" and they proceeded to block me from further inquiring. Insisted they would only sell locally. Car still sits unsold.
