On the first day we rented, the owner showed up and said he was watching the cameras and told us we are not allowed to smoke on the property, have any food or drinks at the storage. Owner seemed to not be OK with sitting at the unit organizing my items in the storage. He said this is a drop off/pick up facility. So if you need to be at your unit for more than a quick drop off/pick up than this probably isn't the facility for you.
Rochester Storage provides clean, very secure, well laid out storage units.
We’ve moved with Brian and team three times now. Brian is careful, professional, and accountable. Highest recommendation possible!!
