I had a great experience renting a storage unit from Brian at Rochester Storage. Brian is very personable, professional, and easy to work with. Whenever I had questions, he was responsive and helpful, and he made the entire rental process smooth from start to finish. The facility was always clean, secure, and well-maintained, and I never had any concerns about the safety of my belongings. Brian and his brother saved the day on my first day in a new city. The day of my move my scheduled movers through u-haul did not arrive. I called every moving company in town. It was same day, so I knew that chances were slim. I found Brian’s company (Rochester storage) on Yelp and he was able to come out SAME DAY in just a few hours. He and his brother got the job done quickly and with no incidents. Total life and back savers. Thank you!

Their Efficient and exceptional service of our relocation of our household furnishings into the storage truck met our 24 hour storage requirement until our new home was ready.
