Single bedroom building consistently smells like cigarette or weed smoke in halls and even occasionally in apartment. Some days really bad, other days you can tell someone "deodorized" the hallway air. Would not recommend for someone with breathing issues or young children.
I’ve only been living here a short time, but my experience at Rochester Square Apartments has been excellent so far. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Shortly after moving in, my dishwasher started leaking. I reported it, and a brand-new dishwasher was installed in less than two hours. I have been living in Rochester Square Apartments for about 8 months now, and I absolutely LOVE everything about this apartment complex. The management and maintenance are by far the best I have ever experienced. They go above and beyond to accommodate my needs, and they regularly check smoke alarms, plumbing etc. Hallways and laundry rooms are always clean and well kept. Rochester Square is a great place to live! I've been here for a few years, and I've had a good experience working with management, the people living in the community are friendly and courteous, the apartment itself is laid out well, and you can't beat living right downtown.
