The complex is in an excellent location, but current management has allowed it to fall into a state of total neglect. As a resident, I am highlighting critical issues that corporate management must resolve immediately—moving beyond the typical canned apology responses: Health risks: Smoke detectors do NOT work (a serious safety code violation), and there are persistent, severe drainage problems, water outages, and a constant German cockroach infestation. The move in process was super smooth, mainly because Mackenzy was so wonderful to work with. The apartment is super clean and has a great layout. The location can’t be beat.
Single bedroom building consistently smells like cigarette or weed smoke in halls and even occasionally in apartment. Some days really bad, other days you can tell someone "deodorized" the hallway air. Would not recommend for someone with breathing issues or young children.
