Extremely Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend I lived in this apartment complex for quite a while, and it was nothing but headaches from start to finish. First and foremost, flooding was a huge issue. On four separate occasions, I had inches of water flooding my unit. I lived in this Rochester Square Apartment for nearly 6 years and moved out a few months ago, fully expecting to receive my entire security deposit back. I thoroughly cleaned the kitchen, bathroom, and rooms to the point where they were almost in move-in condition. We never violated any apartment rules, and throughout the six years, despite rent increases, we never made a late payment. Rochester Square is a great place to live! I've been here for a few years, and I've had a good experience working with management, the people living in the community are friendly and courteous, the apartment itself is laid out well, and you can't beat living right downtown. Shoutout to Joe and Trey, the dynamic maintenance duo, for their excellent repair work recently--very polite and efficient, and they did a great job!
