Every time I’ve gone for lab work the staff has been extremely cordial very professional and I’d never know I was getting a shot. They did it so quickly and painlessly!!
Experienced one of the worst blood draws today. A very painful and deep jab, left with a hematoma and burning pain. All this for 1 small vial of blood. I believe some retraining is in order for Florra.
I had to get blood work done. The wait was about 4 minutes and the phlebotomist was very professional. She was very kind and incredibly talented at her job. I barely felt a thing!
You should have some backup plan to open on time if your opening person is not coming in?An hour and a half wait and still nobody to show up on 12/06/21 with the room full of people and as many in their cars outside is really bad business!This put the pressure on your lab on Barrett drive where one person was doing double work…..I don’t know why I am even writing this-they don’t read reviews!
