Rochester Regional abandoned thousands of patients in the Canisteo Valley! They sold the practice with little notice to a third party and sold our records to them, a party I used to go though and left for a reason! Nonetheless, they sold our records without our input and didn't allow time for providers to go elsewhere and be credentialed in a timely manner for those of us following our providers elsewhere. Came here with my husband who needed to be seen as a walk in basically. Big red letters on the building say ortho URGENT CARE, once inside the receptionist who was assisting him had an awful attitude and acted appalled that he would utilize the urgent care part of their facility. Telling him well we are a doctors office first so we won't be seeing you, you need to make an appointment. Then stated that they were extremely booked today. If their telephones work (so that they at least could cancel appts) and if their x-ray machine(s) worked, then this might be a fine place for diagnosis & treatment.
