I feel Rochester Pediactrics is all business and does not understand nor care about families. I was 11 minutes late for my son's first appointment, which was his routine 12 month check up. First off, it's my 2nd time visiting the facility (my 1st was scheduling the appointment) and it's located in a lot with several other professional offices on the same road with another lot full of medical offices so, it took me a minute to find the place.
