Rochester parkour is a very welcoming place. Right off the bat I felt at home.
Luke loves coming here and is always so proud of himself after class. His instructors are great and he has learned so much! I'm glad I found you guys!
I brought my son for the first time this past weekend and he loved it! The place is great, the staff is helpful, kind and attentive. Nicole took the time to say hello and introduce herself when she came in. Great place, can't wait to try a class for myself!
I'm a novice when it comes to Parkour. So far, I've been to open gym, the adult first-timer and an adult beginner class. I know and accept that I'm not exactly the most stellar athlete, but Charles, Nicole and Mike have encouraged me every step of the way. Regardless of my low ability level, and although it took me a bit longer to hone certain techniques than others, their level of support was strong all the way through.
