While visiting the Rochester area for a trail run, I stopped in to check out Rochester parkour. I was completely impressed with the level of skill and instruction that was provided to me and it was such an amazing space. From young to old and beginners to advanced, it offered something for everyone!
I it was a true honor and pleasure meeting with both instructors/founders of Rochester Parkour, They were both very helpful and outgoing people, I learned a lot from the short time I had spent there with them, and I plan on going back so I can learn more and also, help improve the skills I had when walking in. Went there the first time today for the free Sunday intro. Great instruction, and everyone was enthusiastic and encouraging. Will definitely be back before the end of the month for my free class, and hope I'll be able to continue attending at some interval.
