Worst car buying experience ever Drove 2 1/2 hours to look at a ford fusion Had dents and dings all over, front tires were totally bald, Ask them to negotiate on the price wouldn’t give me the time of day or Take a penny off the price. Very dishonest and not pleasant people, I will gladly bring my business anywhere else, lady was a really “See You Next Tuesday”

I’m going to start at the fact that I considered doing a trade in at this place with a vehicle I own. I own a 2008 Subaru WRX which is AWD and worth around 13,000, if not more in these northern states where we get snow 7 out of the 12 months a year. I offered a trade in and they asked me how much I’d like, I told them I was thinking around 10,000 considering they would need to make some sort of profit. Loved my experience with Rochester Motorworks! Everyone was so pleasant and helpful and aided in making my car purchase essentially stress free! Everyone was beyond upfront and honest, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I would 110% purchase another car from them!
