We recently drove to visit the lot to look at a specific vehicle. Before visiting we contacted the dealership and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They dropped what they were doing to take the car for a wash and to make sure we were informed about any damage on the vehicle before we made our trip. My husband and I recently bought a truck from Rochester Motorworks. They were fantastic to work with! They were very reasonable with trade value and were honest about a couple issues with the truck we were looking at. We greatly appreciated their honesty and chatting with them was a lot of fun. Super nice folks! We would absolutely buy from them again!

Worst car buying experience ever Drove 2 1/2 hours to look at a ford fusion Had dents and dings all over, front tires were totally bald, Ask them to negotiate on the price wouldn’t give me the time of day or Take a penny off the price. Very dishonest and not pleasant people, I will gladly bring my business anywhere else, lady was a really “See You Next Tuesday”
