I had such a great experience at this office! Sydney, the hygienist, was absolutely amazing — so gentle, thorough, and kind. She made me feel completely comfortable the entire time and did an excellent job explaining everything. Dr. McClelland was wonderful as well and took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns without rushing. I truly appreciated how attentive and informative they both were. Highly recommend!
Sydney is the best hygienist I’ve ever had in my years of seeing different people. Patient, kind, considerate, diligent, aware, and always ensuring you feel comfortable in all ways. She is your very own advocate. I would trust her to see anyone and treat them with the utmost care. She is gentle and efficient making the entire experience a relief from past experiences with other offices.
This practice is honestly a God send. I hadn't gone to the dentist in over 5 years because of the dismissive attitude that I was consistently getting from my previous dentist who my family and I had been going to since I was a small child. This was the best dental experience I have ever had! They were empathetic, patient, knowledgeable, and gentle. The front desk was friendly and got me immediately checked in. The atmosphere was calm and the energy was positive. Dr. Paige McClelland provides compassionate, pain-free, and thorough care to ensure your best oral health!
This business is trying to commit billing fraud. Check your statements people! They sent one out to me for several hundred dollars when I have never been a patient there. And it was from 2011? Something is not right with that. Upon calling several times, I did nit receive a call back and office staff kept pushing it off on billing. After expressing frustration someone called back and told me to disregard the bill that several statements went out on accident.
