Sara Vix was outstanding to work with. She was knowledgeable professional but most of all trustworthy. We moved to the Rochester area for Mayo Clinic. Sara truly cared and listened to our needs and went way beyond working long hours to help us make our transition stress free Doug and Lori Larsen highly recommended her to anyone looking buying or selling a house. We sold our house as For Sale by Owner. Sara Vix was the buyers agent. Sara was great to work with on our end. She didn’t have to help us along the way with paperwork and all the official things, but she did what she could while still representing her buyers the way she was supposed to. She was polite, kind, reasonable and fair. She educated us on a few things too. At the end of it all, I think both parties were very happy and it wouldn’t have been as smooth without Sara’s guidance and kindness.
