I had a pleasant experience working with Rochester Mazda when I leased a new Mazda CX-5 in November of 2022. The dealership was being remodeled but was still very welcoming despite the occasional jackhammer sound (btw, they had complimentary earplugs!). I got the chance to work with Johnny Mango Monday evening. I have to say that I was not looking forward to car shopping as I had an awful previous experience at a more local dealership. I had a great experience with Jack, Josie and the whole team at Rochester Mazda! They were super attentive to what we were looking for in our CX-5 and they got the extras we wanted done in less than a day! I Would defiantly recommend them!
Wanted to trade in my current crossover for the new CX5. John Mangouras helped me from the start to the end. had the car I wanted to test drive, ready when I said I'd come in. initially wanted the touring model but John also suggest I test drive the grand touring. I ultimately decided on the grand touring, John made it easy by crunching numbers and I felt no rush to buy unlike other car dealerships. I felt good about my purchase thanks to Johnny Mango, and the Rochester Mazda team for a great car buying experience.

I received excellent, fast service from Andrew for my oil change and cleaning. The facilities were very well cleaned and pleasant to wait in. I greatly appreciated their offer for healthcare workers and would certainly recommend them and come back in the future myself!
