Unscrupulous and Untruthful! The only good part of this company is the variety of flooring that they have in the showroom. They couldn't get the materials, lied to us repeatedly and then turned to insults and more lies. I cannot say in strong enough terms that they are a horrible company to deal with and if we wouldn't lose everything we paid them (months ago) already then I would tell them where they could restock their flooring.
laminate floor We purchased a new kitchen floor. They have a large selection of different types of flooring. Too many choices! We bought a laminate tile looking floor. The price was good. The installer was great. It took 2 days to install the floor, but he made the laundry room a separate piece so if the washer ever overflows we wouldn't have to replace the whole floor, just the laundry room. That was a great idea. The floor is very easy to take care of, just damp mop.
Rochester Linoleum & Carpet One Very nice showroom, large inventory. Customer service OK. Carpet pricing was a little high. Estimate to sand & refinish wood floors were high. Purchased large rug remnant because they had the color & size needed. Price for binding off edges was slightly higher than competitors, but they had the inventory.
