Rochester Limousine's service truly shines. Their telephone customer service rep, Ronnie, was very nice, professional and responsive. He instantly came up with the quote, scheduling and pricing options. Within 10 minutes he emailed me an electronic form and the whole service was booked in no time. On January 22, 2011 we had a limousine from this company. When I ordered it over the phone, I asked if I could come in and look at the vehicle. The guy on the phone said don't worry about that, save gas and look at the pictures on the website. He said he promises what was on the site WAS what we are getting. The only reason I asked was because I got burned TWICE in last summer. The man was right. The limo was like brand new. I was so happy and we had a great time. Thanks Rochester Limo, Sabrina

We love Rochester Limo, use them all the time for partying on the town! They have kicking sound systems in their limos! The drivers are well educated about Metro Detroit. Would reccomend them to anyone! Thanks R.L. John Steen
